More About Me

I was born and raised in Oak Ridge, TN. In school growing up I always loved math and being active. One of my favorite memories from elementary school was finally getting to play kickball in the 3rd grade with all my friends. Starting in fourth grade before transitioning into middle school, I started playing the violin. I ended up playing for the next 7 years until I entered my junior year of high school. During this time period I fell in love with sports and became determined to play college football. At the end of my sophomore year of high school I transferred from Oak Ridge High to Clinton High, which was a big change for me. I left all of my friends behind for a new school with new beginnings. Football became my life at Clinton and when it came time to go to college, I went to East Tennessee State University in hopes of getting a try out and becoming a walk-on football player as an engineering tech student. By my sophomore year, I had not gotten a chance to try out and I changed my major to Computer Science. It was challenging, but I enjoyed the challenge. I did not give up on my football dreams however; for the next 2 years I did everything I could to get a try out, but was unsuccessful. In the following year, I was offered a coaching position at Central High School here in Knoxville and decided to come back home and help young men pursue their dreams of playing at the next level. In doing so, I met a great friend and mentor that introduced me to real estate. 

One of the things I am most proud of is my family. I am so grateful for the love and support they have shown me my whole life. Even when times get tough, even when we may not be able to see the end of the tunnel, we knew we had each other. I know my family is the reason I care so deeply about others and do my best to consider other people's feelings. I grew up with my grandparents, but my parents were always there when I needed them. Both of my parents are phenomenal cooks and I can't wait to be able to cook like them one day. My dad is this laid-back cool guy who loves to have a good time. One of the most genuine people you will ever meet, I hope to be the type of man he is. My mom has taught me that no matter what, if you want it, you can reach it. She is a hustler that will make sure ends meet and always make sure her loved ones are okay.
